華燦光電(300323.SZ)：華實控股擬受讓公司14.44%的股份
格隆匯 1 月 22日丨華燦光電(300323.SZ)公佈，公司持股5%以上股東Jing Tian Capital I, Limited (“Jing Tian I”)及其一致行動人Jing Tian Capital II, Limited (“Jing Tian II”)、Kai Le Capital Limited (“Kai Le”)於2021年1月22日與非關聯境內法人珠海華髮實體產業投資控股有限公司(“華實控股”)簽署了《關於華燦光電股份有限公司之股份轉讓協議》，Jing Tian I、Jing Tian II和Kai Le將其持有的公司共計159,088,014股股份(佔公司總股本的12.83%，其中Jing Tian I持有1.134億股、Jing Tian II持有926.4375萬股、Kai Le持有3642.3639萬股)轉讓予華實控股；
公司持股5%以上股東上海燦融創業投資有限公司(已更名為“上海燦融實業有限公司”，“上海燦融”)於2021年1月22日與非關聯境內法人華實控股簽署了《關於華燦光電股份有限公司之股份轉讓協議》，上海燦融將其持有的公司2000萬股股份(佔公司總股本的1.61%)轉讓予華實控股。
受讓方華實控股在此次交易前持有公司129,318,854股股份，佔公司總股本的10.43%；此次權益變動後，華實控股將通過直接持股的方式合計持有公司有表決權的股份數量為308,406,868股，佔公司總股本的24.87%，是公司第一大股東。
華實控股股東珠海華髮集團有限公司系綜合型國有企業集團和全國知名的領先企業，於2016年起連續四年躋身“中國企業500強”，2019年位列330名，同時位列廣東企業500強榜單第43名。成功打造華髮集團、華髮股份、華髮綜合發展等“3A信用主體集羣”，在信用等級水平、優質資信主體數量上均位居廣東省前列。
此次權益變動有利於提升公司品牌影響力、資金實力和市場開拓能力，進一步提升公司在行業的地位及綜合競爭力，有利於維護上市公司及中小股東等多方利益。
