格隆匯 1 月 22日丨聖邦股份(300661.SZ)公佈,公司於近日收到公司股東上海山域企業管理諮詢有限公司(原哈爾濱珺霖投資諮詢有限公司,“上海山域”)出具的《簡式權益變動報吿書》。
上海山域經唯一股東決議擬將其解散並進行清算,其所持有的公司股份(證券簡稱:聖邦股份,證券代碼:300661)將按照股權比例進行分配,具體如下:

截至公吿日,上海山域共持有公司股份1378.602萬股,全部為無限售條件股份,佔公司目前總股本的8.81%,該股份不存在被質押、凍結等任何權利限制的情形。在公司發佈公吿之後,上海山域將向中國證券登記結算有限公司深圳分公司申請辦理上海山域持有公司股份的非交易過户事宜。
