雙箭股份(002381.SZ)：新農村建設公司將桐鄉市梧桐街道養老服務中心及梧桐街道第二敬老院委託給和濟公司經營管理
格隆匯 1 月 22日丨雙箭股份(002381.SZ)公佈，桐鄉和濟頤養院有限公司(“和濟公司”)是公司從事養老服務產業的全資子公司。2021年1月18日，和濟公司作為受託方與委託方桐鄉市梧桐新農村建設投資有限公司(“新農村建設公司”)、監管方桐鄉市人民政府梧桐街道辦事處簽署了《梧桐街道養老服務中心公建民營項目委託經營合同》(“委託經營合同”)，新農村建設公司將桐鄉市梧桐街道養老服務中心及梧桐街道第二敬老院委託給和濟公司經營管理。
該項目位於桐鄉市梧桐街道城西村高家灣集鎮西，北領桐德公路，由相鄰兩部分組成。第一部分為新建工程，工程規模：建築面積約12369.32平方米，建築結構類型為：框架結構-1-4層，設置牀位260個，此部分中土建工程、室外供水供電工程、給排水工程、消防工程、室外附屬工程、電梯工程、暖通工程、廚房設施設備、燃氣熱水器、強電工程均由甲方完成，以實際交付現狀為準，計劃於2021年4月交付；第二部分為梧桐街道第二敬老院，建築面積3456.05平方米，共有牀位150個，主要收住基本能生活自理的社會老人以及城鄉特困老人，目前共有老人70名，其中14名特困老人。運營期限為20年。(具體以雙方簽署的交付文件之日起計算)。
此次委託經營合同的簽署是和濟公司以公建民營方式發展養老服務產業的又一落地項目。此次委託經營項目牀位400餘張，將由和濟公司以醫養結合方式經營管理。自此，和濟公司建設、管理的養老、護理牀位達到1700餘張。桐鄉市梧桐街道養老服務中心及梧桐街道第二敬老院委託和濟公司經營管理，能充分發揮和濟公司在養老服務方面的運營管理能力，同時可以提升和濟公司養老服務業務在桐鄉的品牌知名度。此次和濟公司託管經營桐鄉市梧桐街道養老服務中心及梧桐街道第二敬老院將有利於和濟公司進一步開拓養老服務市場，擴大養老服務經營規模，符合公司對養老產業的整體戰略佈局。
