格隆匯1月22日丨ST巴士(002188.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿,預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損9000萬元-1.3億元,上年同期盈利5.16億元;扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損2000萬元-3000萬元,上年同期虧損5145.37萬元;基本每股虧損0.31元-0.44元。公司2020年與上年同期相比,報吿期公司淨利潤為虧損,主要原因:
1、本期扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤較上年同期大幅增長,主要是管理費用同比大幅下降,淨利潤較上年同期增加約2150萬元。
2、本期業績補償股票回購註銷,導致本期淨利潤增加1185萬元。該項目屬於非經常性損益。
3、歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤大幅下降的原因,主要是2019年公司因勝訴、和解等原因,衝回預計負債,而本期計提了新增訴訟預計負債,導致本期淨利潤較上年同期減少6.61億元。該項目屬於非經常性損益。
