富瑞:近期物管股或獲利回吐 降永升生活服務(1995.HK)評級至持有
富瑞發表報吿指出,中國物業管理公司未來幾周有望發佈盈利預喜,但考慮到市場已預料到板塊盈利強勁,近期股價大漲後或被投資者當作獲利回吐的機會,將永升生活服務(1995.HK)的評級由買入下調至持有。
富瑞認為,公司估值明顯高於同行,同時第三方物業管理項目的競爭正在加劇;隨着在管物業按年大增逾40%,預計中國物業管理公司去年平均盈利增速將超過60%,並將綠城服務(2869.HK)的評級由減持,上調至持有,以反映公司經營改善的預期。
