3漲停後突發退市警報！誰在炒作這家小市值股票？
大東海A在21日晚間披露2020年度業績預吿，歸母淨利潤由盈轉虧，由去年同期的75.67萬元變為虧損1100萬元至1250萬元。營業收入也近乎腰斬。
至於業績變動原因，公司表示，報吿期內深受新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情嚴重影響等原因，公司主營業務收入較上年同期大幅減少。
值得一提的是，按照最新修訂的退市規則中，“扣非前後淨利潤為負且營業收入低於人民幣1億元的組合財務指標”的提法，今年淨利潤預虧，預期營收僅為1400萬元至1600萬元的大東海A，將在年報披露後被實施“退市風險警示”。
誰在炒作大東海A？
根據大東海A近四日的主力資金流向顯示，公司自19日起淨流入資金量明顯增加，21日一度達到2777.04萬元。
誰在炒作這家近10年來營收一直在2500萬元左右徘徊，過去兩年（2018年-2019年）淨利潤均不足100萬元，且今年前三季度淨利潤虧損的公司？
1月20日，大東海A因連續三個交易日內收盤價格漲幅偏離值累計20%而登上龍虎榜。
龍虎榜內容顯示，幾乎所有營業部都進行了雙向操作，並且賣出金額前5名中，有3個營業部同時出現在買入金額前5名榜單中。
記者注意到，華鑫證券股份有限責任公司上海分公司已經三個月內三次進入大東海A的龍虎榜，累計買入金額1470.17萬元，累計賣出160萬元。

記者瞭解到，在19日當天，海南瑞澤曾在其公眾號發佈一篇名為《開啟賽馬新元年——中國馬術協會速度賽馬委員會第一次工作會議暨中國速度賽馬競賽規則修訂研討會圓滿結束》的文章。但目前該文章已被刪除。
根據該文章內容，會議對中國速度賽馬規則進行了充分的討論和修改，將於2021年試行。中國速度賽馬技術標準和中國速度賽馬競賽規則將同時頒佈。該文章還表示，此次會議標誌着2021年中國速度賽馬新元年的開始。
該消息立刻掀起了一股海南上市公司漲停潮，19日當天，海南瑞澤、珠江實業、大東海A三家公司漲停，羅牛山股價也大漲。
公開信息顯示，羅牛山目前是大東海A的控股股東。羅牛山此前也曾多次披露與賽馬有關的消息，大東海A的本次連續漲停，或許也與賽馬概念有關。值得一提的是，羅牛山在2021年1月7日剛剛在互動易回覆有關賽馬產業的提問。
根據大東海A於21日披露的股票交易異常波動公吿，經向羅牛山書面核實，截至本公吿披露日，羅牛山不存在影響公司股票交易價格異常波動的重大事項，對其也不存在應披露而未披露的重大信息。
