紅星發展(600367.SH)：終止2018年度非公開發行A股
格隆匯 1 月 21日丨紅星發展(600367.SH)公佈，公司於2021年1月21日召開公司第七屆董事會第二十二次會議、第七屆監事會第十九次會議，審議通過了《公司終止2018年度非公開發行A股股票》的議案。
公司2018年度非公開發行A股股票募集資金擬投資項目進展情況：
1、擴建2萬噸/年硫酸鋇副產1萬噸/年硫化鈉項目，該項目計劃投資10,610.53萬元，實際完成投資7,701.93萬元，於2019年11月進行試運行，並陸續辦理了相關證照手續。經過運行調試和後續工藝、技術、設備、操作、管理等環節優化提升和改造，項目生產線已穩定運行，產品質量可靠，明確了產品定位，硫酸鋇產量約1,800噸/月，硫化鹼產量約1,100噸/月，基本實現產銷平衡。
2、3萬噸/年動力電池專用高純硫酸錳項目，該項目計劃投資7,967.83萬元，實際完成投資8,452.78萬元，項目整體工程完工。該項目在調試和試生產過程中，尚有少部分工序運行效果未達到預期，正在進一步改造和調試。該項目設計產能為高純硫酸錳2,500噸/月，目前實際產量1,800-2,000噸/月，產品質量逐漸穩定。
3、2萬噸/年硫化鈉項目，該項目計劃投資4,137.04萬元，實際完成投資2,502.76萬元，經優化後，減少了部分裝置投資。目前，該項目已完成規劃生產線建設，整體設備運行正常，效果良好，已基本達產，實際產量約1,200噸/月。
4、6000噸/年高性能電解二氧化錳項目，該項目計劃投資5,532.89萬元，實際完成投資0萬元。公司經長期跟蹤行業動態和下游需求，考慮電解二氧化錳整體供大於求的競爭格局仍將持續一段時期，而高性能產品市場需求尚未出現明顯增長，價格壓力較大，故決定暫緩實施該項目。
公司充分考慮當前市場與政策環境、結合擬投資建設項目進展、公司自身實際情況及未來發展規劃等諸多因素，並與相關方充分溝通及審慎論證，認為繼續推進公司2018年度非公開發行A股股票不再符合實際情況。為維護公司和股東利益，公司決定終止本次非公開發行A股股票事項。
