比亚迪:已完成298亿元配股集资 获逾200间机构投资者参与
比亚迪(01211.HK)董事会秘书兼公司秘书李黔表示,公司已完成298亿元配股集资,成为过去十年亚洲汽车行业最大的股票融资项目,亦是香港历史上最大的非金融企业新股配售。
据内地媒体报道,今次交易吸引全球众多长线及主权基金等超过200间机构投资者参与,这将增强比亚迪公的资本实力,为促进汽车电动化、智能化及动力电池等领域的发展提供强大的资金支持,有助公司进一步巩固行业领先地位。
