騰訊雲首次發佈《未來金融白皮書》：新基建和新連接成金融數字化升級關鍵抓手
1月20日，騰訊雲聯合騰訊金融研究院發佈行業首份《未來金融白皮書》，從銀行、保險、證券等行業金融機構發展實際痛點出發，全景呈現對未來金融形態構建和數字化升級路徑的洞察。這也是騰訊雲首次以白皮書形式，系統性闡述金融行業數字化方法論。
《未來金融白皮書》指出，受宏觀環境、客户行為變化、以及行業競爭加劇等因素影響，金融機構在後疫情時代普遍面臨基礎設施、組織結構以及業務連接等方面挑戰，而新基建和新連接將成為化解發展痛點的關鍵抓手，能夠在基礎設施、組織結構、業務連接等層面化解痛點，實現提質、降本、增效，構建可持續發展的未來金融新業態。
一方面，金融機構藉助金融新基建，能夠構建具有瘦核心、微服務、全智能、自主可控的基礎支撐能力，為龐大的市場需求提供更好的IT系統支撐和數據處理能力。
另一方面，金融機構可以基於新連接，形成線上為主、線上線下相結合的多樣化渠道。同時，結合5G、富媒體、泛在終端等，擴展線上交互的體驗場景與方式，構建優質私域流量，實現業務的主動拓展。
《白皮書》還指出，面對不同的場景需求，金融機構數字化有三種路徑。部分金融機構可迅速建立全新數字化業務或產品，實現快速數字化；部分金融機構採用互聯網運營經驗迅速迭代，實現局部數字化；部分金融機構也可制定頂層數字化戰略設計，推進業務變革和組織升級 ，實現全面數字化。
據介紹，騰訊雲目前已經構建出涵蓋專有云、金融專區、數據庫、微服務治理、運維等在內的分佈式基礎雲平台，移動中台、業務能力中心、數據中台、AI中台等解決方案，以及基於微信生態的微金融渠道、雲景開放金融平台、雲霖產業金融平台等渠道，為金融行業提供新基建和新連接的全面助力。
騰訊雲已經服務了眾多的金融行業客户，包括150多家銀行、數十家保險及證券公司，在服務大型金融機構數字化轉型方面處於行業領先地位。
