福能股份(600483.SH):擬現金收購惠安風電60%股權
格隆匯 1 月 20日丨福能股份(600483.SH)公佈,截至目前,福能集團已在福建省產權交易網披露惠安泉惠50%股權轉讓預公吿。經福建省人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會(“福建省國資委”)批准,公司全資子公司福建省福能新能源有限責任公司與惠安泉惠簽訂附生效條件的《福能華潤(惠安)風電有限公司60%股權轉讓協議》,擬現金收購其持有的福能華潤(惠安)風電有限公司(“惠安風電”或“目標公司”)60%股權。此次交易不構成《上市公司重大資產重組管理辦法》規定的重大資產重組。
