格隆匯 1 月 20日丨合鍛智能(603011.SH)公佈，公司第四屆董事會第十次會議決議，審議並通過《關於向銀行申請融資額度的議案》；
根據公司經營發展的需要，2021年度，公司決定採用以固定資產、無形資產等提供抵押或信用方式向中國工商銀行股份有限公司合肥望江路支行申請融資額度2億元、杭州銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度1億元、招商銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度1億元、交通銀行股份有限公司安徽省分行申請融資額度2億元、中國光大銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度1億元、中國建設銀行股份有限公司合肥經濟技術開發區支行申請融資額度1.5億元、興業銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度2億元、中國銀行股份有限公司安徽省分行申請融資額度1億元、中信銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度1億元、上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度1億元、中國民生銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度6000萬元、華夏銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度5000萬元、徽商銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度2億元、合肥科技農村商業銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度5000萬元、九江銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度6000萬元、東亞銀行(中國)有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度4000萬元、東莞銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度6500萬元、中國進出口銀行安徽省分行申請融資額度1億元、平安銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度2億元、中國郵政儲蓄銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度5,000萬元、廣發銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度5000萬元、渤海銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度5,000萬元、浙商銀行股份有限公司合肥分行申請融資額度1億元、安徽肥西農村商業銀行股份有限公司申請融資額度5000萬元。上述融資額度可循環使用，單筆融資不超過6000萬元，融資種類包括但不限於國內貿易融資、流動資金貸款、項目貸款、承兑匯票、保函、國際及國內信用證等。
公司董事會授權經營層辦理上述融資具體事務，包括與銀行進行商業談判、簽署相應協議、提交業務申請書等。
