兴胜创建(00896.HK):政府已厘定扫管笏联合发展项目补价
兴胜创建(00896.HK)公布,就扫管笏联合发展项目,政府已厘定就扫管笏地盘应付土地补价,总额约为26.83亿元,附属益金与新鸿基(00016.HK)旗下侨宜均接受政府提出的土地补价,集团已按比例支付约6.66亿元。
双方并根据最新发展时间表,将发展协议到期日进一步延长至2021年12月31日,益金占项目的份额按比例由23.63%上调至24.82%。预期於就开发项目交换土地後,政府将重新批准总地盘面积约为23.59万平方尺。总建筑面积最高将约为61.36万平方尺。
