創業黑馬(300688.SZ)：2020年度淨利預降23.51%-47.99%
格隆匯1月19日丨創業黑馬(300688.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤850萬元至1250萬元，同比下降23.51%-47.99%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1520萬元至1920萬元，同比變動-5.66%至19.17%；基本每股收益0.09元至0.13元。業績變動原因如下：
2020年，公司經營活動經受住了新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情影響的重大考驗，實現了疫情後的快速恢復和發展。一方面，公司不斷升級產品及服務，將對創始人個人服務延展到企業服務及投資服務領域，公司戰略升級逐步實現；另一方面，公司依託於“百城計劃”的拓展，在全國40餘城市建立產業加速中心，為當地企業提供培訓輔導、企業服務、資源對接及股權投資結合的產業加速服務。同時，公司加大線上平台的建設投入，擴大了客户觸達範圍並提升了運營效率，為未來企業線上服務平台建設，奠定了基礎。
2020年第一季度，公司業務開展受到疫情影響，導致線下培訓輔導等業務交付被推遲，影響了2020年全年淨利潤。公司自2020年第二季度運營逐步恢復正常，並在此基礎上提升交付節奏，確保了2020年度持續盈利。剔除2020年第一季度疫情影響，公司2020年第二季度至第四季度淨利潤為1199萬元至1599萬元，達到了2019年全年淨利潤的73.4%至97.9%，較2019年第二季度至第四季度淨利潤增長92.2%至156.3%。
報吿期內，公司非經常性損益約為-670萬元，主要是公司對廣州博鰲縱橫網絡科技有限公司投資的公允價值下降所造成的損失。本期扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於上市公司股東的利潤約為1520萬元至1920萬元，較2019年1611萬元基本持平。
同時，公司保持健康的財務狀況，2020年經營活動現金流為正，2020年末貨幣資金餘額達到約2.9億元。
