港鐵公司(00066.HK):預計2020年度股東應占淨虧損約48億港元
格隆匯 1 月 19日丨港鐵公司(00066.HK)發佈公吿,董事局預計集團截至2020年12月31日止年度的公司股東應占淨虧損將約為48億港元(為介乎46億港元至50億港元的估計虧損範圍的中間數),而截至2019年12月31日止年度公司股東應占淨利潤為119億港元。
公吿表示,預計淨虧損約48億港元(為介乎46億港元至50億港元的估計虧損範圍的中間數)主要是由於:(i)正如早前所公佈,持續的新型冠狀病毒大流行和整體經濟環境惡化對集團(在香港及其他地方的)經常性業務造成重大不利影響,(ii)集團截至2020年12月31日止年度的投資物業組合重估虧損(此乃非現金會計項目)預計約為92億港元,及(iii)集團在其截至2020年12月31日止年度的綜合損益表中就沙田至中環線項目作出14億港元的撥備。此外,在考慮了集團的整體鐵路和物業業務後,董事局認為集團的整體財務狀況保持穩健。
