隆華科技(300263.SZ)：2020年度淨利預增20%-40%
格隆匯1月19日丨隆華科技(300263.SZ)披露2020年年度業績預吿，預計歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.09億元～2.44億元，同比增長20%～40%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1.75億元～2.07億元，同比增長10%～30%；基本每股收益0.2316元～0.2701元。
報吿期內，在新冠疫情的嚴重影響下，公司上下齊心，克服困難，主營業務與去年同期相比保持了穩步快速發展，尤其是新材料業務板塊取得了更快速增長。
1、靶材及超高温特種功能材料領域，受新冠肺炎疫情、西方對中國高端製造業的打壓等事件的影響，國內顯示面板、半導體等行業開始從戰略上重新考量採購和供應渠道，公司靶材業務加快了替代進口進程，尤其是寬幅鉬靶材、高世代線ITO靶材作為新的增長點市場份額大幅提升，總體保持了快速發展。超高温特種功能材料加大在MoCVD及相關半導體設備、光伏太陽能等領域的技術營銷，鎢鉬深加工組件等產品也不斷加快進口替代進程，市場基礎不斷夯實。
2、高分子及其複合材料領域，雖然上半年經營業績受到新冠疫情較大影響，但總體上隨着軍工型號任務定型並逐步量產，公司PMI泡沫、艦船用複合材料等產品保持快速增長態勢；隨着國家對軌道交通的持續投入和發展，減隔振系列產品、合成軌枕、疏散平台等產品規模化應用於地鐵、鐵路等軌道交通領域，市場份額進一步提升；PVC泡沫產品陸續通過多家客户的測試認證及現場審核，產品性能指標達到行業先進水平，部分產能已經投產，目前已經具備批量供貨能力。其中，由於海威公司生產所在地為湖北咸寧，上半年生產經營活動受疫情影響較大，下半年生產經營活動已完全恢復正常。
3、節能換熱裝備領域，公司繼續依靠技術創新、產品升級、管理改進和經營轉型等措施，基本保持了穩步向上的發展態勢。環保水務領域，由於公司正在實施的主要工程項目分佈在全國各地，上半年受疫情影響較為嚴重，工程實施進度受到較大影響，下半年其經營活動已逐步恢復正常，全年整體經營業績基本保持平穩。
4、報吿期公司非經常性損益對淨利潤影響預計為3800萬元左右，主要為本期處置權益法核算的長期股權投資所產生的投資收益、政府補助和理財收益。
