英可瑞(300713.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“房屋租賃”
格隆匯 1 月 18日丨英可瑞(300713.SZ)公佈，公司第二屆董事會第十七次會議審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍暨修訂<公司章程>的議案》，同意並提請股東大會審議修訂公司經營範圍。具體如下：
修訂前第十三條公司經營範圍：計算機軟件及信息技術的技術開發、諮詢和銷售；投資興辦實業(具體項目另行申報)；國內貿易(不含專營、專控、專賣商品)；軟件產品的開發和銷售(不含限制項目)。(經營範圍中屬於法律、行政法規、國務院決定規定應當經批准的項目，憑批准文件、證件經營。)；互聯網數據中心(IDC)設備的技術開發、生產、諮詢和銷售；新能源汽車配套設備的技術開發、生產、諮詢和銷售；電力電子產品的技術開發、生產、諮詢和銷售；鐵路電氣化設備和相關軟件的開發、生產、銷售、諮詢與維護；新能源汽車充電站點設計開發、建設、運營與維護；可再生能源分佈式發電站系統設計開發、建設、運營與維護；自動化系統、裝備和相關軟件的開發、生產、銷售、諮詢與維護；新能源汽車充電站、可再生能源分佈式發電站工程施工總承包、專業承包；智能輸變電、智能配用電及控制技術與設備製造；貨物及技術進出口。(經營範圍中屬於法律、行政法規、國務院決定規定應當經批准的項目，憑批准文件、證件經營。)
