兑吧(1753.HK)2020年下半年SaaS銀行簽約額大幅提升,同比增長241.3%,銀行行業持續發力
格隆匯 1 月 17日丨2020年第四季度,兑吧(01753.HK)SaaS客户新簽約(含續約)數量282份(2019年同期187份),同比增長50.8%。新籤合約(含續約)總額為人民幣3900萬元(2019年同期為人民幣1480萬元),其中銀行類客户新簽約(含續約)客户61份,簽約金額人民幣1690萬元,客單價高達人民幣27.7萬元。2020年全年,兑吧持續在銀行業取得豐厚的單客户收益和規模化收入,與銀行類客户所籤合約總額為人民幣4210萬元,同比增長334.0%。
2020年,新冠肺炎疫情加速了各行各業的線上化進程,也改變着用户的消費習慣。兑吧通過上百家的銀行類客户,沉澱了豐富的銀行業運營經驗,解決了銀行對用户促活、增長、AUM轉化等痛點。
1.各銀行線上化進程不一,同一銀行不同地區的分行都有不同的痛點。
兑吧根據不同地區分行的痛點進行鍼對性的產品和方案輸出。例如一線地區的銀行痛點在於支付,二三線地區的銀行痛點在於用户增長。各分行每年的KPI指標都會有變動,而兑吧在服務這些客户的同時也在深入瞭解銀行線上化進程中的同類痛點。在歸納總結後,兑吧研發可複製化、模塊化的產品方案,以便更高效的服務更多的銀行業客户。
2.銀行行業對數據的要求更加多維,顆粒度更加細緻。
兑吧用户運營SaaS業務所有數據通過混淆加密,第三方無法反向破解,從而滿足銀行客户對數據的安全考量。各銀行對用户數據的考量不一,但共同點是希望獲得顆粒度更細緻的用户數據。兑吧積分商城在用户兑換對應商品後,會給該用户標籤,銀行對照用户標籤則可對用户屬性有了更深的考量,金融產品的推送也將更加精確。
3.銀行行業對直播的投入,持續增長。
新冠肺炎疫情影響銀行客户經理無法再像往常進行線下觸達客户,直接影響到銀行業務的開展。兑吧直播業務最初的使命即是幫助銷售實現成單,由於銀行等金融行業的銷售賣出的都是需要長週期決策的金融產品,所以在產品設計中不同於其他直播以賣貨為目的,而是以銷售線索收集、線上用户觸達、互動營銷為核心。
