ST天首(000611.SZ)2020年度預虧約2700萬元左右
格隆匯 1 月 17日丨ST天首(000611.SZ)公佈,預計2020年度營業收入約1.12億元左右,同比增長約140.62%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損約2700萬元左右,上年同期盈利1245.39萬元。業績變動原因如下:
1、報吿期內,公司主營業務收入增加主要原因是:2020年9月,公司全資子公司包頭天首實業投資有限公司在青海省投資設立西藏天首工貿有限公司,該公司啟動了鉀肥貿易業務,該業務創收近1億元。
2、報吿期內,公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤下降約316.80%,主要系2019年度公司控股子公司吉林天池鉬業有限公司收到舒蘭市政府補助資金和完成出售參股公司浙江四海氨綸纖維有限公司22.26%股權中的17%股權的交割等原因所致。
