華能國際(600011.SH)：2020年度合併口徑發電量降0.24%至4040.16億千瓦時
格隆匯1月15日丨華能國際(600011.SH)披露2020年全年發電量完成情況。根據公司初步統計，2020年第四季度，公司中國境內各運行電廠按合併報表口徑完成發電量1104.10億千瓦時，同比增長7.38%；完成售電量1039.79億千瓦時，同比增長3.78%。
2020年全年，公司中國境內各運行電廠按合併報表口徑累計完成發電量4040.16億千瓦時，同比下降0.24%；完成售電量3798.94億千瓦時，同比下降2.14%；2020年全年公司中國境內各運行電廠平均上網結算電價為413.63元/兆瓦時，同比下降0.81%。2020年全年，公司結算市場化交易電量2214.05億千瓦時，交易電量比例為58.33%，同比上升1.93個百分點。
公司電量下降的主要原因：
1.2020年上半年受疫情影響，全社會用電需求大幅降低，導致公司上半年發電量同比大幅下降。雖然公司三、四季度均實現同比增長，但全年發電量仍同比下降0.24%。
2.2020年全國風電、光伏等新能源機組大幅投產，夏季來水較多，清潔能源消納力度進一步加大，進一步擠佔火電發電空間。
3.公司所在區域火電新投機組增加，造成當地平均利用小時數下降，而公司新投火電機組少，在區域裝機總量增加的情況下，公司機組容量份額比例減少，造成火電發電量同比下降。
2020年第四季度，公司完成收購山東華能萊州風力發電有限公司風電資產(53.25兆瓦)，增加公司可控發電裝機容量53.25兆瓦，權益發電裝機容量42.6兆瓦。
2020年第四季度，公司下屬電廠華能南通電廠2號機組(352兆瓦)、海口電廠4號機組(138兆瓦)和5號機組(138兆瓦)以及大士電廠1號機組(600兆瓦))運行壽命屆滿，已執行關停手續，不再計入公司裝機統計。
同時，公司部分參股公司所屬電廠裝機容量於2020年第四季度發生變化。
綜上所述，截至2020年12月31日，公司可控發電裝機容量為113,357兆瓦，權益發電裝機容量為98,948兆瓦。
