谷歌完成收购Fitbit 惟美国及澳洲继续调查
谷歌宣布已完成收购健身手环制造商Fitbit(FIT.US)的交易,不过美国及澳洲竞争监管机构仍在继续调查这笔21亿美元的交易。
美国司法部於10月起诉谷歌涉嫌在搜寻业务中违反反垄断法,但对於Fitbit的交易未作最终的决定。而
澳洲竞争与消费者委员会主席Rod Sims则表示,将根据调查结果来决定会否对交易采取法律行动。
谷歌在同意限制使用客户健康相关数据後,上月获得欧盟批准收购Fitbit。不过澳洲拒绝谷歌提出的类似限制,因为忧虑谷歌可能阻止Fitbit竞争对手连接到使用Android的手机。
