全球最大资产管理公司贝莱德(Blackrock)(BLK.US)公布去年第四季业绩。季度纯利按年升19%至15.48亿美元,每股季度摊薄纯利10.02美元,经调整後为10.18美元,高於市场预期的9.14美元。收入按年升12.6%至44.78亿美元。
截至去年底止资产管理规模8.68万亿美元,按年升17%。季度净流入金额1,269亿美元。
公司去年11月宣布收购投资管理服务商Aperio,作价10.5亿美元。公司表示对其他并购持开放态度。
贝莱德股价昨日(14日)跌4.7%报743.5美元。
