安利股份(300218.SZ)與瑞典宜家家居(IKEA)簽訂框架性協議 成為其戰略性合作供應商
格隆匯 1 月 14日丨安利股份(300218.SZ)公佈，公司於2017年10月起，與瑞典宜家家居(IKEA)開展業務聯繫、推進合作事宜，2019年9月，公司註冊成立生態分公司，先後通過宜家家居(IKEA)OCA(潛在供應商合規性)、IWAY(包括環保、消防、安全、健康、人力資源、社會責任等)、質量、財務等方面嚴格的評價考核，成為宜家家居(IKEA)戰略性合作供應商(供應商代碼為50068)，並於近期完成框架性協議簽署。
宜家家居(IKEA)秉持“益於人類，益於地球”的可持續經營理念，對使用的材料的環保性和可持續利用要求非常嚴格，要求公司提供的產品不含DMF和超低VOC含量等，基布均為GRS認證的可再生材料，生態功能性好。
公司通過3年多的努力，成為瑞典宜家家居(IKEA)戰略性合作供應商，主要為宜家家居(IKEA)沙發家居類產品(包括沙發、軟牀、辦公椅、休閒椅、餐椅等)指定的代工廠和相關企業提供生態功能性聚氨酯複合材料。
瑞典宜家家居(IKEA)注重企業的社會責任，可持續發展，公司此次成為宜家戰略性合作伙伴，是國際品牌客户對公司實力的認可，表明公司在管理、產品環保、技術、質量、環境等方面在國際沙發家居品牌領域的競爭力和影響力，有利於進一步擴大公司在沙發家居領域的客户羣體，有利於獲取更多的訂單，實現更好的經濟效益，增強公司綜合競爭實力，助推公司業務增長與長期發展，對進一步提升公司自主創新能力與經營管理水平，提高公司產品品牌知名度和影響力，以及進一步開拓國際品牌和市場具有積極作用。
公司向宜家家居及相關方的具體供貨，取決於宜家家居相關產品的市場需求情況、公司產品研發和生產情況、產品價格的波動、原材料供應、宜家家居對供應商的選擇、雙方未來合作情況等多種因素，最終以雙方日常業務往來的正式訂單為準，預計對公司2021年度生產經營業績不構成重大影響。
