六福集團(00590.HK):第三季整體同店銷售增長為-29%
格隆匯 1 月 14日丨六福集團(00590.HK)公佈,集團零售業務於2021財政年度第三季的整體同店銷售增長由上一季度的-55%大幅改善至-29%。內地市場因2019冠狀病毒病疫情受控情況較佳,同店銷售於季內轉跌為升,而其電子商務業務的銷售成績亮麗。此外,集團的銷售表現受惠於澳門市場陸續放寬的通關措施,亦有助收窄其銷售跌幅。
香港及澳門市場於第三季同店銷售增長為-35%,其黃金產品及定價首飾產品的同店銷售增長分別為-32%及-40%,跌幅相對上一季度大幅收窄。澳門市場由於已逐步通關,其同店銷售增長因此從第二季的約-80%改善至第三季的約-20%。香港市場的同店銷售增長亦從第二季的約-50%改善至第三季的約-40%。另外,香港及澳門市場於季內的零售銷售額按年計約有40%跌幅。
內地市埸因疫情控制比較有效,其零售氣氛於季內逐漸恢復,而逐步下降的金價亦有助銷情。內地自營店於第三季同店銷售增長為+4%,其黃金產品及定價首飾產品的同店銷售增長分別為+11%及-11%。佔比為當地店舖總數約96%的品牌店於季內的同店銷售亦錄得與自營店相若升幅。
此外,內地電子商務業務表現出色,在季內的銷售額按年升幅為54%,其黃金產品銷售重量升幅為24%。而內地整體店舖包括自營店及品牌店在季內的零售銷售額按年計有低雙位數字增長,其中黃金產品的零售銷售額錄得雙位數字增長,而定價首飾產品則為低單位數字增長。
集團於第三季期間在內地市場淨增加133間"六福"店舖,其中包括淨增加135間品牌店及淨減少2間自營店。另外,本集團於季內在內地亦淨增設了9間"Goldstyle"品牌店。於2020年12月31日,集團於內地市場共有2,249間店舖,包括2,166間"六福"店、81間"Goldstyle"店及2間"DearQ"店。
於2020年12月31日,集團全球共有147間"六福"自營店,包括77間設於內地、47間設於香港、13間設於澳門及10間設於海外。於上述日期,連同2,089間內地、1間柬埔寨及2間菲律賓的品牌店,集團在世界各地合共設有2,239間"六福"店舖,加上83間位於內地的其他品牌店舖,全球共有2,322間店舖。
