格隆匯1月14日丨TEAMWAY INTL GP(01239.HK)發佈公吿,於2021年1月14日,公司(作為賣方)與買方德怡投資有限公司訂立臨時協議,據此公司同意出售及轉讓豪財有限公司全部股權及銷售債務,代價為4780萬港元(可予調整)。於完成後,公司將不再持有出售公司的任何股份。
出售公司為於英屬處女羣島註冊成立的公司,於本公吿日期由公司法定及實益擁有。出售公司主要從事物業投資。該物業乃出售公司的唯一資產。該物業位於香港九龍大角咀海輝道18號一號銀海1座21樓A室。
