《即日市评》恒指曾越28,500点 科网股为升市火车头
传美国政府将取消将阿里(09988.HK)、腾讯(00700.HK)及百度(BIDU.US)列入黑名单，科技股引领港股今日回升。美联储局发表《褐皮书》指，美国经济活动於最近数周温和增长，惟大部份州份因新型肺炎感染人数增加，商户须停止营运；据报拜登救援方案达2万亿美元，执笔之时美汇指数处至90.28，美股道指期货最新升104点或0.3%，纳指期货最新近持平。中国去年12月按美元计出口按年升18.1%(市场原预期升15%)、中国去年12月按美元计出口按年升18.1%(预期升15%)，内地昨(13日)新增本土病例继续超过过百宗，上证综指全日跌32点或0.9%收3,565，深证成指跌1.9%，沪深两市成交额共1.12万亿人民币。
恒指高开172点，早段升幅曾收窄至44点见28,280点，其後升幅再度扩大，尾市曾升275点一度高见28,510点，全日升261点或0.9%，收28,496点；国指升114点或1%，收11,299点；恒生科技指数升225点或2.6%，收8,895点，盘中见8,901点新高。大市全日成交总额2,077.16亿元，沪、深港通南下交易全日录得净流入金额分别为90.78亿及54.43亿元人民币。
道富环球公布盈富基金(02800.HK)今日起恢复投资受制裁股，中移动(00941.HK)全日股价升2.6%收47.15元，成交额近70亿元，中电信(00728.HK)涨3.1%，中海油(00883.HK)股价抽上6.2%收8.18元。而创科(00669.HK)股价下滑5.7%。
【传撤黑名单 腾讯阿里弹】
中资科技股弹高，腾讯(00700.HK)全日股价抽上5.6%收629.5元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股价走高5%收235元，美团(03690.HK)股价抢升5.7%收313.2元。《路透》引述4名消息人士透露，美国特朗普政府将取消将阿里巴巴、腾讯及百度列入黑名单，惟不代表其停止对华攻势，指将增加其他9间中资企业入黑名单。
摩根士丹利发表报告表示，确信腾讯基本面牢固，具多元化的业务，料网游和广告业务未来将提供催化剂，重申对腾讯「增持」评级及目标价650元，料其在行业上所面临监管风险相对较少。该行指，内地近期出台的反垄断草案的重点，是如何规范相关平台垄断行为，料网游和内容属创新性，料受反垄断政策风险相较少。
【市宽变化不大 药明生物上扬】
港股今日主板市宽变动不大，主板股票的升跌比率为22比22(上日为20比23)，恒指成份股今日21只股份上升，下跌股份29只，升跌比率为40比56(上日为48比48)。
药明生物(02269.HK)全日股价抢升6.1%收104.7元。摩根大通发表报告指，药明生物股价於去年累升约213%，而MSCI中国医疗保健指数同期升约62%，预期在疫情持续影响，药明生物今年仍保持强劲增长势头。该行指，疫情下全球外包需求强劲，推动将未来三年收入和净利润的增长指引已恢复到疫情前订立的复合年增长率约50%，预期今年可获得逾10个CMO(合约生产外包)项目，当中4个与新冠疫情相关。
摩通表示，去年药明在疫情期间新增72个新项目，在行业利好大环境下，业务基础稳健，加上市场流动性充裕，预计今年表现继续向好，维持「增持」评级，目标价上调至120元。
