曲江文旅(600706.SH)擬在原經營範圍基礎上增加“國內水路旅客運輸”
格隆匯 1 月 14日丨曲江文旅(600706.SH)公佈，為進一步做好公司下屬大唐芙蓉園景區管理分公司船舶項目的經營工作，根據西安市地方海事局的相關要求，公司在原經營範圍基礎上增加“國內水路旅客運輸”。同時根據陝西省市場監督管理局經營範圍登記規範化改革的要求，公司經營範圍需使用國家市場監管總局統一制定的《經營範圍登記規範表述目錄》。
原《公司章程》條款，第十三條經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：一般經營項目類：芙蓉園的經營；旅遊項目的建設開發和經營；景區的運營管理服務；舞台、燈光音響設備租賃；對外文化演出的開發和經營；停車場的經營；旅遊紀念品的開發與銷售；商務信息諮詢(除專項審批項目)；計算機及相關電子產品的軟硬件開發和銷售；計算機網絡工程；機械設備的銷售(專控除外)；廣吿的設計、製作、代理、發佈；海洋動物展覽表演；海洋科普教育；水生生物的馴養、繁殖、經營利用；水生觀賞生物的對外租賃、維護、銷售及相關器具的製作、銷售、安裝、服務；水族館相關海景、維生專業設施、設備的設計、製作安裝、維護；日用百貨、珠寶首飾、旅遊紀念品、兒童玩具的零售；潛水員的培訓、服務；酒店的籌建；經營娛樂設施；預包裝食品銷售；票務代理、旅遊信息諮詢；預付卡(曲江通卡項目策劃管理)；以資金、技術、設備等形式對高新技術、旅遊行業投資(除國家規定的專控及前置許可項目)；以下限分支機構經營：劇院演出、餐飲、茶社及酒店的開發和經營；飲料、小食品、煙草的零售(除國家規定的專控及前置許可項目)。酒店管理；物業管理；場地租賃；潛水服務；食品、圖書批發、零售；預包裝食品銷售；浴室；服裝服飾銷售；野生動物馴養繁殖；電影放映許可；遊樂設施、設備租賃；房屋租賃；會議會展活動組織策劃；提供會議服務；開展相關水上、水下休閒活動項目；低空載人氦氣球(除國家規定的專控及前置許可項目)。設備租賃；房屋租賃；會議會展活動組織策劃；提供會議服務；開展相關水上、水下休閒活動項目；低空載人氦氣球(除國家規定的專控及前置許可項目)。
修改後《公司章程》條款，第十三條經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：一般項目：廣吿設計、代理；廣吿發布(非廣播電台、電視台、報刊出版單位)；廣吿製作；工業控制計算機及系統製造(僅限分支機構經營)；信息系統集成服務；信息系統運行維護服務；機械設備銷售；日用品銷售；珠寶首飾零售；工藝美術品及收藏品零售(象牙及其製品除外)；玩具、動漫及遊藝用品銷售；以自有資金從事投資活動；停車場服務；水族館管理服務；遊樂園服務；服裝服飾零售；酒店管理；物業管理；會議及展覽服務；動物園管理服務；票務代理服務；組織文化藝術交流活動。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)許可項目：藝術品進出口；演出場所經營；出版物批發；營業性演出；煙草製品零售；旅遊業務；出版物零售；洗浴服務；電影放映；國內水路旅客運輸。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以審批結果為準)
