華鈺礦業(601020.SH)：扎西康礦山納入國家綠色礦山名錄
格隆匯 1 月 14日丨華鈺礦業(601020.SH)公佈，近日，自然資源部公示文件《自然資源部關於將河北華澳礦業開發有限公司蔡家營鋅礦等礦山納入全國綠色礦山名錄的公吿》(2021年第2號)，公司西藏山南隆子縣扎西康鉛鋅多金屬礦納入國家綠色礦山名錄，文件主要內容如下：
按照《自然資源部辦公廳關於做好2020年度綠色礦山遴選工作的通知》(自然資辦函[2020]839號)要求，在企業自評、第三方評估、省級核查推薦基礎上，經審核和社會公示，2020年共有301家礦山通過遴選，現納入全國綠色礦山名錄，接收社會監督。
根據《關於印發<西藏自治區綠色礦山建設管理暫行辦法>的通知》(藏國土資[2018]114號)規定：納入綠色礦山名錄的礦山企業，可享受以下支持政策：一是礦產資源政策支持，對實行總量調控礦種的開採指標、符合國家產業政策的礦業權投放，優先向綠色礦山企業安排；二是保障綠色礦山建設用地。在編制土地利用總體規劃時，將綠色礦山建設所需項目用地納入規劃統籌安排，並在土地利用年度計劃中優先保障新建、改擴建綠色礦山合理的新增建設用地需求；三是財税政策支持。安排地質礦產調查評價資金時，向開展綠色礦山建設工作較好地(市)適當傾斜。在《國家重點支持的高新技術領域》範圍內，持續進行綠色礦山建設技術研究開發及成果轉化的企業，符合條件經認定為高新技術企業的，可依法減按15%税率徵收企業所得税；四是享受國家在綠色礦山建設方面的有關支持政策。
