《新股消息》稻草熊娱乐(02125.HK)公开发售超购逾402倍 一手中签率仅6%
中国剧集制片及发行商稻草熊娱乐(02125.HK)公布招股结果,发售价定於5.88元(招股价介乎5.1元至6.16元),公开发售录超购402.54倍,经重新分配後,公开发售股数增至50%。每手1,000股,中签率为6%。该股将於明日(15日)上市,联席保荐人及联席代表为招商证券国际及中信建投国际。
公司预计上市集资净额为9.28亿元,其中70%拟用於剧集制作,10%拟用於潜在投资或并购可提高公司市场地位及加快剧集开发、制作及发行的公司,另外10%拟用於取得更多IP,及以透过收购一家专注於网剧投资、开发、制作及发行的优质版权公司,确保剧集制作及发行稳定增长。其余10%拟用於营运资金及一般企业用途。
