中交地產(000736.SZ):中交一公局七公司中標公司旗下翠語紫宸施工總承包項目
格隆匯1月13日丨中交地產(000736.SZ)公佈,公司子公司鄭州博尚房地產開發有限公司(“鄭州博尚”)正在進行“翠語紫宸”項目的開發建設工作。根據項目進展情況,鄭州博尚對該項目總承包工程進行了公開招標。經過公開招標、評標等工作,確定中交一公局第七工程有限公司為翠語紫宸施工總承包中標單位,鄭州博尚於2021年1月11日發出《中標通知書》,中標金額為約1.15億元。
中交一公局第七工程有限公司是公司間接控股股東中國交通建設集團有限公司下屬公司,與公司存在關聯關係,此次公開招標構成關聯交易。
