恒地(00012.HK)底价20.45亿元夺红磡机利士南路旧楼
仲量联行获委托,承土地审裁处令,根据《土地(为重新发展而强制售卖)条例》,於今天(13日)下午3时拍卖红磡机利士南路2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20、22及24号物业,由恒地(00012.HK)系内Asia Harbour Investment Limited以底价20.45亿港元投得。
该物业於1956年落成,由12幢楼宇组成,为一排7层高的大厦群。每两幢大厦共用两条公用楼梯。物业地下为前铺後居用途,阁楼为办公室用途,一楼至五楼为住宅单位。
根据红磡分区规划大纲核准图(草图编号S/K9/26),该地现划为「住宅(甲类)4」用途,物业地盘总面积为20,400平方尺。
该物业将按现时状况,以部份交吉、部份连现有租约(如有)形式出售。
该物业的购买者及其所有权继承人将受土地(为重新发展而强制售卖)条例附表3及该售卖令指明的条件,以及土地审裁处所发出之其後指示(如有)所规限。
