格隆匯1月13日丨康德萊(603987.SH)公佈,公司於近日收到公司控股股東上海康德萊控股發來的《康德萊控股關於提前終止減持股份計劃的吿知函》。自2020年8月19日至2021年1月13日,上海康德萊控股集團有限公司未減持公司股份,鑑於其發展情況以及對當前市場環境的綜合判斷,上海康德萊控股集團有限公司決定提前終止本次減持計劃。截至本公吿披露日,上海康德萊控股集團有限公司持有公司股份1.76億股,佔公司總股本的39.7431%,仍為公司控股股東。
