中汇(00382.HK)曾续挫11%失守20天线 拟折让近12%配股净筹4.6亿元
中汇集团(00382.HK)拟「抽水」净额约4.6亿元,该股继上周三升至10.68元纪录高遇阻倒跌後,股价反覆回落,除上周四回升後,余下均降,今天更曾急挫11%一举跌破10天及20天线(9.67元及8.99元),最低见8.8元获承接,现造9.11元,续挫8.1%,成交急增至2,037万股,涉资1.84亿元。
中汇是大湾区最大民办商科高等教育商。股份於2019年7月以每股2.85元来港上市,净筹近6.3亿元。中汇公布,拟以每股8.73元(较昨日收市价折让11.9%)配售最多5,330万股或占扩大後股本4.97%,料所得款项净额约4.6亿元,拟用作日後可能进行之收购、开发公司现有及新校区及用作一般营运资金。(sz/k) ~
