樂歌股份(300729.SZ)擬推第一期員工持股計劃
格隆匯 1 月 12日丨樂歌股份(300729.SZ)披露第一期員工持股計劃(草案),該持股計劃的資金來源為公司員工的合法薪酬、自籌資金及員工持股計劃通過法律、行政法規允許的融資方式籌集的資金(若有),其中員工自籌資金不超過3800萬元,對外融資金額與員工自籌資金比例不超過1比1,資金總額上限為7600萬元。
此次員工持股計劃的參加對象為公司部分董事(不含獨立董事)、監事、中高層管理人員、其他核心骨幹人員等,總人數不超過200人,具體參加人數、名單將由公司遴選並根據員工實際繳款情況確定。
