格隆匯 1 月 12日丨天邁科技(300807.SZ)公佈，公司(“乙方”)與浩鯨雲計算科技股份有限公司(“浩鯨科技”或“甲方”)於近日正式簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。
雙方主要在智慧公交等領域展開軟件開發和服務外包等方面的優勢合作，不斷的提供客户滿意的優質產品和服務。甲方作為行業的優秀企業，有着豐富的研發成果和項目實踐經驗；乙方依託於浩鯨平台的軟件服務能力、強大的市場拓展能力，產品化能力，及組織各種行業方案和產業應用落地的能力。雙方通過以上方面的優勢互補，共同開拓交通與應急市場。
雙方圍繞城市交通大數據分析、智慧公交平台、出租車管理平台等方面共同開展商業模式研究、市場推廣、系統設計、軟件開發、項目實施等方面工作。
