銅陵有色(000630.SZ)：擬增加經營範圍
格隆匯 1 月 12日丨銅陵有色(000630.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年1月12日召開九屆九次董事會會議，會議審議通過了《公司關於增加經營範圍並修改<公司章程>的議案》。
根據業務發展需要，公司需要在原經營範圍中增加“矸石加工及銷售，尾礦加工及銷售，港口營運，房產出租；提供勞務及工程技術服務；硫鐵礦燒渣生產、銷售，土地租賃，硫酸鈉、銷酸鈉生產、銷售；礦山設備、冶金設備、化工設備、電力設備、加工設備的維修、安裝；防腐、保温、腳手架施工；工業自動化控制系統、儀器儀表、數據通信系統設備的安裝維修；非標準件加工製作、工業爐窯砌築、起重機械安裝(含維修)”。
因此，公司擬對經營範圍進行變更，並相應修改《公司章程》。具體情況如下：
修訂後，第十三條經營範圍：許可經營項目：銅、鐵採選，硫鐵礦、金礦採選(限銅陵有色股份天馬山黃金礦業公司經營)，壓縮、液化氣體生產，硫酸生產，生活飲用水制水、供水及熱電聯產蒸汽與電的生產和銷售以及副產品的銷售(限動力廠經營)，有色金屬冶煉及壓延加工，金、銀、稀有貴金屬冶煉及壓延加工，鐵球團、硫酸銅、電子產品生產、加工、銷售，電氣機械和器材、普通機械、電纜盤製造，廢舊金屬回收購、加工，進出口業務，礦產品、鋼材、化工產品銷售，信息技術服務，有線電視服務產品銷售，廣吿業務，固體礦產勘查(丙級)。設備設施維修、安裝、改造及調試；機械製作加工；鐵精砂購銷，有色金屬綜合利用產品生產及銷售、技術服務、技術諮詢、技術轉讓;危險廢物經營(限分公司經營)；危險化學品生產(限80萬噸/年工業硫酸生產工藝系統)。矸石加工及銷售，尾礦加工及銷售，港口營運，房產出租；提供勞務及工程技術服務；硫鐵礦燒渣生產、銷售，土地租賃，硫酸鈉、銷酸鈉生產、銷售；礦山設備、冶金設備、化工設備、電力設備、加工設備的維修、安裝；防腐、保温、腳手架施工；工業自動化控制系統、儀器儀表、數據通信系統設備的安裝維修；非標準件加工製作、工業爐窯砌築、起重機械安裝(含維修)。
除上述修訂外，原《公司章程》其他條款內容保持不變。該議案還需提交2021年第一次臨時股東大會審議批准。上述增加後的經營範圍及《公司章程》中有關經營範圍條款的最終表述以工商部門核准登記為準。
