通用汽车扩大电池产能及寻找初创合作电池技术
据《路透》报道,美国通用汽车(GM.US)全球产品研发执行副总裁Doug Parks表示,公司正与所有最佳初创合作研发下一代电动车电池技术,同时计划大幅增加Ultium电池系统的产能。他称公司正与本田及LG化学等公司合作,亦寻求与初创合作以取得前沿技术。
公司去年表示已增加对电动车及自动汽车开发至2025年预算至270亿美元,较早前预算增加70亿美元。Parks指该70亿美元涉及额外增加Ultium电池产能,该电池将於明年在与LG化学合营美国俄亥俄州厂房生产。
公司预计2025年前推出20多款电动车,并需要更多电池产能。
