《大行報告》摩通料澳門今年首兩月賭收按年跌63%
摩通發表研究報告指,澳門1月首十日的賭收推算為28.5億澳門元(下同),較上月增長逾10%,同時亦較去年12月下半月有改善,但有關改善不感意外,因履蓋了新年假期及兩個週末。分部方面亦符預期,其中貴賓廳跌約75%,中場跌約60%。
該行表示,因應去年賭收為低基數,認為以包括2019年計算,才可反映實際復甦表現。至於1月份日均賭收為2.8億元,2月份為3.5億元,分別按年跌60%和增2.15倍。
該行指,行業目前正受惠追落後,故沽空賭股的風險回報值並不吸引,但基本面上,目前難以見到有明顯性的上升因素,特別是目前行業2022年估值只較長遠平均值低約10%,故目前不建議採用進取策略,予大部份賭股「中性」評級,首選銀娛(00027.HK),並列為唯一「增持」評級股份,其後依次為金沙(01928.HK)與澳博(00880.HK)、新濠(00200.HK)、永利(01128.HK)與美高梅(02282.HK)。
