内地市监局:防范部分企业借数据等优势造成竞争失序
国家市场监督管理总局局长张工接受采访时表示,市场监管部门将围绕中央经济工作会议部署的「强化反垄断和防止资本无序扩张」等重点任务,切实履行好反垄断和反不正当竞争职责,不断提升监管能力,加快完善竞争治理,努力营造公平竞争的制度环境。
他称要密切关注市场出现的新趋势新问题,配合其他行业监管部门共同防范部分企业凭藉数据、技术、资本优势造成竞争失序风险。另外,要坚持治「果」和治「因」并重。对垄断之「果」,要依法加大监管执法力度。同时,要更加注重源头治「因」。
张工提到,坚持监管执法和制度建设并重,既要注重反垄断、反不正当竞争执法实践,又要注重构建维护公平竞争的长效机制,将在加强执法的同时,加快完善市场竞争规则,特别是推动《反垄断法》加快修订。
