持公司股份801.02萬股(佔公司總股本比例3.25%)的股東武漢精至投資中心(有限合夥)(“武漢精至”)計劃減持期間內擬減持不超過公司總股本1.14%的股份，即282.18萬股(其中，通過集中競價方式減持的，自本減持計劃公吿之日起15個交易日後6個月內(窗口期不減持)減持不超過282.18萬股，且任意連續90個自然日內減持的股份總數不超過公司股份總數的1%；通過大宗交易方式減持的，自本減持計劃公吿之日起3個交易日後6個月內(窗口期不減持)減持不超過2,821,800股，且任意連續90個自然日內減持的股份總數不超過公司股份總數的2%)。
持公司股份44.63萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.18%)的股東、副總經理楊慎東計劃減持期間內擬減持不超過公司總股本0.0452%的股份，即11.16萬股(其中，通過集中競價方式減持的，自本減持計劃公吿之日起15個交易日後6個月內(窗口期不減持)減持不超過11.16萬股，且任意連續90個自然日內減持的股份總數不超過公司股份總數的1%；通過大宗交易方式減持的，自本減持計劃公吿之日起3個交易日後6個月內(窗口期不減持)減持不超過111,586股，且任意連續90個自然日內減持的股份總數不超過公司股份總數的2%)。
