*ST大港(002077.SZ)：2020年度預盈1億元–1.3億元 同比扭虧為盈
格隆匯 1 月 11日丨*ST大港(002077.SZ)披露2020年度業績預吿，預計2020年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1億元–1.3億元，上年同期虧損4.75億元；基本每股收益0.1723元–0.2240元。公司業績扭虧為盈的主要原因：
1、報吿期與上年同期相比，合併報表範圍發生了較大變動：
(1)公司2019年5月收購蘇州科陽65.5831%股權，2019年6月起蘇州科陽納入公司合併範圍，報吿期蘇州科陽自1月份起就納入公司合併報表範圍，大幅增加了公司合併蘇州科陽的CIS封裝業務收入，且報吿期蘇州科陽傳感器領域封裝測試業務價量較上年同期均有較大提升，預計蘇州科陽報吿期淨利潤為3500萬元-5000萬元(上年同期約650萬元)。
(2)2019年9月，公司將全資孫公司上海旻艾從艾科半導體中分離出來，並於2019年12月完成了所持有的艾科半導體100%股權的轉讓，報吿期合併報表範圍減少了艾科半導體。上海旻艾作為公司集成電路高端測試業務發展平台的子公司，經營業績實現了扭虧為盈且相比上年同期提升較快，預計報吿期上海旻艾淨利潤為1000萬元-2000萬元(上年同期虧損約4451萬元)。
(3)2019年12月公司完成了大港置業、東尼置業兩家全資子公司100%股權的轉讓，報吿期合併報表範圍減少上述兩家房產子公司。報吿期公司房地產收入主要為公司本部公租房項目商業部分的銷售，預計實現淨利潤為4000萬元-5000萬元(上年同期公司房地產項目整體毛利虧損2,360萬元)。
2、2020年7月，公司完成了資產置換，以應收款項賬面餘額10.77億元與控股股東瀚瑞控股全資子公司瀚瑞金控持有的金港租賃30%股權和金控租賃30%股權進行了置換。此次置換事項完成後，轉回的壞賬對報吿期淨利潤的影響5332萬元，兩家租賃公司投資收益對公司報吿期淨利潤影響約2800萬元-3500萬元。
3、報吿期公司壓縮了融資規模，預計報吿期公司財務費用約9000萬元-1億元，較上年同期明顯下降。
4、報吿期公司非經常損益預計8,000萬元-9,500萬元，主要是報吿期公司完成標準廠房出售形成收益約3461萬元，收到資金佔用費約3,164萬元，其他非流動金融資產公允價值收益約2000萬元-3000萬元。
