格隆匯 1 月 11日丨永貴電器(300351.SZ)公佈,截至2018年3月19日第二期員工持股計劃通過二級市場競價交易完成股票購買,累計買入公司股票368.2825萬股,佔公司總股本的0.96%,成交均價為14.011元/股。第二期員工持股計劃的股票鎖定期為12個月,自2018年3月19日-2019年3月18日;存續期為24個月,自股東大會審議通過員工持股計劃之日起算,即2018年3月12日-2020年3月11日。該員工持股計劃自2019年3月19日至2020年3月11日期間,可將賬户中股票在二級市場賣出。
公司於2020年1月11日召開第三屆董事會第十五次會議,審議通過《關於第二期員工持股計劃延期一年的議案》,董事會同意根據持有人會議表決結果,將第二期員工持股計劃存續期延長一年,即延期至2021年3月11日前出售股票。
截至公吿日,公司第二期員工持股計劃未出售任何股票。
