上海實業控股(00363.HK)訂立租賃協議
格隆匯1月11日丨上海實業控股(00363.HK)宣佈,於2021年1月11日,南洋煙草及公司(作為承租人)分別與南洋企業及國際標(作為業主)訂立租賃協議(即屯門租賃協議及夏慤租賃協議),租賃期由2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日,以重續兩者均於2020年12月31日到期的該等現有租賃協議(即現有租賃協議I及現有租賃協議II),以供集團營運。
屯門物業位於香港新界屯門青楊街9號。屯門物業為一幢總建築面積約423,244平方尺的16層高物業,現供南洋煙草用作辦公樓及廠房用途。
夏慤大廈辦公樓位於香港灣仔吿士打道39號夏慤大廈26樓全層及27樓部分樓面。夏慤大廈辦公樓為公司辨公樓現址,總實用面積約為19,901平方尺(1,848.84平方米)。
