据报蚂蚁重组涉余额宝基金及网商银行
据日经引述消息指,蚂蚁集团将按照中国监管层的要求,在金融控股公司的伞形架构下重组大量业务,以增强透明度。
报道指,阿里巴巴集团(09988.HK)将把共同基金和保险销售以及贷款中介业务迁至该控股公司,以蚂蚁作为母公司。业务重组可能会包括余额宝货币市场基金的运营方天弘基金管理有限公司,以及向中小企业提供网上贷款的网商银行。
该报道又提及,中国政府已经要求所有需要金融牌照的业务均归入到控股公司之下,但移动支付平台支付宝是否会被纳入其中目前仍不清楚。
