智慧城市“駛”於智慧停車 首程控股(00697.HK)線上線下並舉佔先機
伴隨着以移動互聯網為代表的信息技術、人工智能、大數據以及各類傳感器的應用、普及和發展，新型智慧城市建設全面加速起勢。交通出行是智慧城市的重點領域，而智慧停車則是交通出行的起點，是智慧城市的基石。近年來，在國家智慧城市與“互聯網+”政策的指引下，智慧停車已經在一、二線城市得到一定程度的應用，而政府出於改善城市交通與民生品質的訴求，對智慧停車行業也越來越關注。

智慧城市框架下，單個停車場及路側停車位的使用信息通過智能攝像頭或傳感器傳輸至城市停車管理平台，形成“數據感知”，再通過具備大數據分析和人工智能算法功能的數據中台進行分析處理，一方面，可以引導停車資源的合理配置，在供需缺口特別突出的地方，採用興建立體停車位或在高峯期設置臨時停車位等措施，緩解車位的旺盛需求；另一方面，提前預警交通管理部門，加強對停車困難區域的交通疏導；此外，有助於化解信息不對稱的矛盾，引導車主尋找空閒車位，以及在出行前進行智能化建議，建議乘坐公共交通工具或提供車位預定功能，改善出行體驗和效率，提升路網通行能力，緩解城市交通擁堵，併為合理制定停車收費標準提供依據，發揮好價格調節功能。
中國停車第一股首程控股(00697.HK)跳脱“互聯網+停車”的模式侷限，“自上而下”和“自下而上”雙向打通停車行業的發展桎梏。在單個停車項目中，首程控股聚焦資產運營和管理，以運營視角切入停車場的智能化，改善資產運營效率進而提升資產收益能力，“自下而上”地解決停車難題；在城市停車層面，“自上而下”地建設覆蓋全域的城市級停車管理平台，此平台不僅可以智慧管理城市停車，未來也可與包括動態交通管理系統、車輛管理系統、個人信用系統在內的“城市大腦”打通數據流，形成名副其實的新型智慧城市中樞。
