海蘭信(300065.SZ)發佈海底數據中心測試樣機第一階段測試成果
格隆匯1月11日丨海蘭信(300065.SZ)宣佈，公司於2021年1月10日在珠海市舉辦了“海底數據中心(UDC)階段性測試發佈會”，展示了公司自主研製的全國首個海底數據艙，併發布了公司海底數據中心測試樣機第一階段測試的測試報吿。
海蘭信聯合清華大學、廣船國際等合作伙伴，攻克數項技術難關，實現了高功率密度、高海水温度環境下低PUE值，解決了系統宂餘、防生物附着、耐壓密封、海水腐蝕等關鍵技術難題。該次數據艙測試樣機於2020年11月29日在珠海市中海福陸碼頭完成布放，於2021年1月8日起撈上岸並進行數據分析。
數據艙測試樣機為圓柱體結構，長5.76米、直(外)徑3.05米，艙內裝有4個機櫃，單機櫃功率35W。
該次測試旨在驗證海底數據中心繫統解決方案的可行性，尤其是散熱冷卻系統的設計性能、UDC對海洋生態環境的影響。
1.單艙PUE值為1.076：根據“清華大學傳熱與能源利用北京市重點實驗室”出具的《海蘭信海底數據中心能效測試報吿》，主要結論為：海底數據中心以海水為自然冷源，基於分離式熱管可實現在南方沿海高熱地區數據中心的高效冷卻；海底數據中心採用機櫃級冷卻技術，單機櫃功率高達35kW；經小試樣機實際入海運行測試，在海水温度低於25℃時，可維持艙體環境温度低於35℃，滿足服務器運行要求；測試樣機PUE達到設計目標，單艙PUE值為1.076，達到了世界先進數據中心的能效水平。
2.海洋環境影響：根據青島環海海洋工程勘察研究院出具的《海底數據中心海洋生態環境影響評估報吿》顯示，樣機對測試海域的海洋生態環境友好，出水口最高温升僅為2℃，且影響範圍僅為設備周邊小範圍內，基本不會對海區內海洋生物產生負面影響。
另外，測試期間樣機的密封、壓力、冷卻、電力、耐腐蝕等各項系統均運作正常，沒有故障情形發生。
經過試驗驗證，進一步證明了海底數據中心的綜合優勢，包括：低能耗、低建設成本、省地、無需消耗淡水、低時延、高可靠性以及模塊化生產，可快速部署等。
