WhatsApp更新要求允与Facebook分享资料惹非议 印度商会促封杀相关应用
综合外媒报道,社交应用程式WhatsApp最新更新要求使用者允许分享个人资料予Facebook,否则在2月8日後将不能使用WhatsApp,做法引发各方抨击。电动车生产商特斯拉创办人马斯克建议转用另一美国通讯应用程式Signal。但WhatsApp主管Will Cathcart表示,有关更新说明应用程式的商业联系,不影响民众私下通讯。
印度商会Confederation of All India Trader对WhatsApp最新私隐政策表达强烈不满,并要求当地资讯科技部长即时限制WhatsApp有关行动,或禁用WhatsApp及Facebook应用程式。Facebook目前在印度有逾2亿个用户。
