《盈警响号》远大住工(02163.HK)料去年少赚最多75% 设备收入大减
远大住工(02163.HK)发盈警,料去年全年溢利按年倒退50%至75%。
公司表示,主要由於公司主要收入来源逐渐转向PC构件业务,惟受新型肺炎疫情影响,部分联合工厂筹建进度延後,设备收入减少超过80%。另外自2018年起,公司对部分联合工厂的管控方式进行调整,大部分联合工厂管控模式的转变已於2018年及2019年完成,因此去年失去对联营公司重大影响形成的收益按年减少超过70%。
