盈科資本核心資產佈局再落大棋，戰略投資中芯紹興
根據中芯國際(688981.SH/00981.HK)於1月8日發佈的公吿顯示，盈科資本、深創投、軟銀資本等國內外頂尖機構已於近日成為中芯紹興的新股東。
中芯紹興全稱為中芯集成電路製造(紹興)有限公司，是一家專注於功率，傳感和傳輸應用領域，提供特色工藝集成電路芯片及模塊封裝的代工服務的製造商。自2018年成立以來，中芯紹興聚焦在人工智能、移動通信、車載、工控等領域，以超常規的發展速度，精確的產業定位，精湛的工藝水準，與上下游協同成長的理念，成為幫助國內模擬芯片快速成長的一支重要力量。中芯紹興通過構建持續研發和產業化能力，努力實現在微機電系統和功率器件製造工藝方面，達到國際一流水平的目標。
盈科資本智庫成員、某芯片企業董事長李博士表示：芯片行業總體而言是高度分工協作的高端產業，追逐國際先進的國產芯片整體格局正在發生一些微妙改變。一方面大批Fabless企業(無工廠芯片供應商)在芯片設計領域已取得豐碩成果，正處在從開花到結果的質變發展期，需要更多更強的“製造合夥人”幫助他們把設計藍圖變為商用產品；另一方面以工藝為先導的製造環節正成為制約關鍵芯片國產化的主要因素之一，尤其以市場需求最大，門類最多，應用最廣的模擬芯片為重。在產能規劃和工藝儲備兩方面均佔優勢的中芯紹興項目具備幫助行業突破瓶頸的實力。總體而言，中芯紹興既是一個發展前景廣闊的高端製造項目，更是一個國產高端模擬芯片的孵化平台。
盈科資本董事長錢明飛進一步表示，芯片是我國科技領域可持續發展的關鍵性生產資料，供應的連續性需要從底線思維出發，堅持有可靠的國產替代產業鏈。中芯紹興項目，是盈科資本在核心科技領域“查漏補缺，補足短板”投資策略下的又一戰略性佈局。
