長電科技(600584.SH)：加工合同糾紛一案已獲法院受理
格隆匯 1 月 8日丨長電科技(600584.SH)公佈，長電科技就其與芯動技術公司、武漢芯動科技有限公司、蘇州芯動科技有限公司、亨通電子有限公司加工合同糾紛一案，於2020年11月20日向江蘇省無錫市中級人民法院提交了《民事起訴狀》，公司於2021年1月7日收悉無錫市中級人民法院《案件受理通知》(案件編號：(2021)蘇02民初22號)。
被吿一：芯動技術公司(INNOSILICON TECHNOLOGY LTD)，被吿二：武漢芯動科技有限公司，被吿三：蘇州芯動科技有限公司，被吿四：亨通電子有限公司(Smart Server Electronics Limited)；
訴訟的案件事實：2017年開始，被吿一、被吿二、被吿三作為定作人，委託原吿作為承攬人提供芯片封裝加工服務，交易模式為：被吿一與原吿簽訂委託加工合同，被吿二、被吿三通過郵件方式下訂單或工單。原吿根據被吿的要求完成封裝加工後按被吿要求發貨及開具發票；在2018年3月前，被吿要求原吿把相應發票開具給被吿一，在2018年3月後，被吿要求原吿把此後對應的發票開具給被吿四。
截至原吿起訴之日，原吿共計向被吿一、被吿四開具發票總額16,113,211.68美元，2017年8月10日至2018年2月28日，被吿一共計付款2,858,782.03 美元，尚有13,254,429.65美元款項未支付。根據原吿和被吿一簽署的加工合同約定，各被吿應向原吿承擔遲延支付加工費的違約責任。
訴訟請求內容：1.判令被吿一、被吿二、被吿三、被吿四向原吿支付加工費共計13,254,429.65美元；
2.判令被吿一、被吿二、被吿三、被吿四向原吿承擔逾期付款的違約責任，2018年7月25日前共計271,220.65美元，2018年7月26日後至2019年8月19日，以13,254,429.65美元為基數，按兩倍同期中國人民銀行公佈的貸款基準利率計付，2019年8月20日後，以13,254,429.65美元為基數，按兩倍同期全國銀行間同業拆借中心公佈的貸款市場報價利率(LPR)計付，至實際付清之日止；
3.判令被吿承擔本案的全部訴訟費用。
鑑於公司對本案涉及的加工費已全額計提減值準備，故不會對公司本期或期後損益產生負面影響。
