格隆匯 1 月 7日丨神開股份(002278.SZ)公佈，2021年1月6日，公司收到李清江轉送的《江西省南昌市中級人民法院執行裁定書》【(2020)贛01執恢258號之二】、《江西省南昌市中級人民法院拍賣成交確認書》以及《上海神開石油化工裝備股份有限公司簡式權益變動報吿書》。《執行裁定書》【(2020)贛01執恢258號之二】主要內容：
“本院在執行江西省科特投資有限公司依據（2020)贛01民初507號民事調解書申請執行一案中，輪候凍結了被執行人四川映業文化發展有限公司持有的上海神開石油化工裝備股份有限公司(證券代碼：002278，證券類別：無限售流通股)2,385萬股股票。首封的上海市第一中級人民法院已將處置權移送本院。於2020年12月27日委託淘寶網拍賣上述股票，2020年12月29日，買受人李清江以1.5億元的最高價競得。依照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第二百四十七條、《最高人民法院關於人民法院民事執行中拍賣、變賣財產的規定》第二十三條、第二十九條的規定，裁定如下：
一、解除對四川映業文化發展有限公司持有的上海神開石油化工裝備股份有限公司2385萬股股票的凍結。
二、四川映業文化發展有限公司持有的上海神開石油化工裝備股份有限公司2385萬股股票的所有權及其他權利歸買受人李清江所有，上海神開石油化工裝備股份有限公司2385萬股股票的所有權及其他權利自本裁定送達買受人李清江時起轉移。
三、買受人李清江可持本裁定書到登記機構辦理相關產權過户登記手續。
本裁定送達後即發生法律效力。”
此次拍賣過户完成前，映業文化持有公司無限售流通股2385萬股，佔公司總股本6.55%；此次拍賣過户完成後，映業文化不再持有公司股份。
此次拍賣過户完成前，李清江持有公司無限售流通股1815.66萬股，佔公司總股本4.99%；此次拍賣過户完成後，李清江將持有公司無限售流通股4200.66萬股，佔公司總股本11.54%。
